Night splints are designed to hold the foot in a stretched position while you sleep. The Windlass Brace is designed for daily wear and provides structural support during movement rather than immobilization at night.
How is this different from inserts or compression sleeves?
Inserts primarily provide cushioning or arch support within the shoe. Compression sleeves apply uniform pressure around the foot.

Can I wear it inside my shoes?

Is it sold as a pair?
No. The Windlass Brace is sold individually (one brace per package). You can select left or right foot during checkout.
How do I choose my size?
Regular: Fits most adults up to Men’s size 10 / Women’s size 11
Large: Recommended for Men’s size 10+ / Women’s size 11+
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Can I wear it all day?
The brace is designed for use during daily activity. We recommend gradually increasing wear time as you become comfortable with the support.
Does it cure plantar fasciitis?
The Windlass Brace is designed to provide support to the plantar fascia. It is not a cure and is not intended to replace medical treatment. If you have ongoing or severe pain, consult a healthcare professional.
